Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The reimbursement is processed via Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Pre-sale note: As this is a pre-sale and use of the App does not begin immediately upon conclusion of the contract, your right of withdrawal does not expire early due to commencement of performance. The fourteen-day withdrawal period applies in full.

Part B — Voluntary Extended Refund Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal — and without limiting it — we voluntarily grant:

1. 14-day money-back guarantee from first activation. Within 14 days of the first activation of your account in the App, we will refund the full purchase price upon request — no questions asked. To request a refund, email oleksii@soviya.ai from the email address used at purchase.

2. Automatic refund after 30 months. If the App does not become available in the country you specified at purchase within 30 months of the purchase date, we will refund the full purchase price automatically — no action required on your part. The refund is issued via Paddle to the original payment method. If an automatic refund to the original payment method is no longer possible, we will contact you by email to arrange an alternative refund method.

Processing: All refunds are processed via Paddle as Merchant of Record and are typically credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Relationship between guarantees: The voluntary guarantee applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit your statutory rights in any way.
