Part A — Statutory right of withdrawal and its expiry

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal. This is a digital service. Before purchase you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately, and you confirm your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 356(4) German Civil Code). Once we have fully performed — i.e. produced your result and delivered it by email — your right of withdrawal expires.

Withdrawal before full performance. If you withdraw after performance has begun at your request but before it is complete, you owe a reasonable amount for the service already provided. In practice the result is produced within a few minutes.

Part B — Voluntary refund guarantee (accuracy)

In addition to your statutory rights, and without limiting them, we voluntarily grant:

Full refund for insufficient accuracy. If our method cannot narrow your birth time to a confidence interval of ±30 minutes or tighter, we refund the full purchase price on request. To claim, email oleksii@soviya.ai from the address used at purchase. The confidence interval stated in your result is decisive.

Processing. All refunds are made via Paddle as Merchant of Record to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
